… rare pleasure: our new menu
Don’t miss a deliciousness in winter: we make room for a rare guest in our new menu, namely winter codfish that is served only for a few weeks in winter. Therefore we created fresh suprising recipes around the winter codfish: fillet on lemon and tomato risotto or fennel carrot vegetables with Maltese sauce or with braused white cabbage and truffled lemon potato puree.
It goes without saying that we also suprise your taste buds with other ideas of our young, fresh cuisine: such as rump steak burger with a home made potato roll, a variety of dips and French fries or the classic dessert crêpe Suzette with roasted almond leaves and ice cream.
